Enidine Inc., a manufacturer of energy absorption and vibration isolation products, promoted Dennis Scully to vice president of engineering and operations and Thomas Zemanek to vice president of marketing and sales for industrial and rail groups at its Orchard Park facility. With the company since 1998, Scully has served as quality assurance manager, production manager and director of operations. Zemanek has been with the company since 1990. He established the company's West office in Irvine, Calif., and has worked in its aerospace, defense, industrial and seismic segments.

First Niagara Bank named Gloria Baker assistant vice president, branch manager of its Lewiston location at 790 Center St. Baker joined the bank in 2000 as manager of the Ransomville branch.

Merrill Lynch, a financial management and advisory firm, named Lee Rusinek director of its Buffalo complex. Rusinek served as a branch manager/director for Prudential Securities/Wachovia in its Syracuse complex before joining Merrill Lynch's Boston office in 2004 as acting director/sales manager.

Presbyterian Senior Care of Western New York appointed Dr. Stephen J. Evans medical director and Colleen S. Bullion manager of the recovery care programs at Harbour Health Mulitcare Center and Hawthorn Health Multicare Center, skilled nursing and subacute care facilities located on Delaware Avenue in Buffalo. Dr. Evans is also CEO of Elder Medical Services, a geriatrics practice of physicians and nurse practitioners in nursing facilities, assisted living, home care and hospitals in Buffalo, Watertown and Syracuse. Bullion has more than 20 years of long-term care experience and most recently was subacute clinical manager at St. Catherine Laboure Health Care Center in Buffalo.
