TVGA Consultants, an engineering firm headquartered in Elma, was awarded a $3 million, three-year Indefinite Delivery Contract by the Norfolk District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to support the Residential Communities Initiative throughout the Norfolk District and the North Atlantic Division. TVGA will provide metes and bounds surveys, topographic surveys, hydrographic surveys, and aerial photography and photogrammetric mapping.

Algonquin Studios, a Buffalo software and Web site development company, has renewed its contract with Microsoft Corporation for electronic invoicing and bill payment support services. Under the agreement, Algonquin will continue to provide electronic invoicing and accounts receivable management services for four of Microsoft's divisions including Microsoft WHGL (Windows Hardware Quality Labs), Microsoft Events, Microsoft Studios and Microsoft Proforma.
