Clare S. Wilson, a retired nurse, died of a heart attack Sunday in Millard Fillmore Hospital. She was 75.
Born Clare Braddock Schofield in Philadelphia, she was educated at University of Pennsylvania Presbyterian Hospital School of Nursing. She was a head nurse and director of a mobile meals program before retiring and moving to Buffalo in 1991.
Mrs. Wilson was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church and the League of Women Voters. She was a troop and regional leader of the Girl Scouts.
She is survived by her husband, Dr. Michael F.; four daughters, Helen H. of Waterford, Mich., Rebecca W. Parry of Capetown, South Africa, and Elizabeth S. Wilson-Deutsch and Sarah A., both of Edmond, Okla; a son, Michael L. of Albuquerque, N.M.; and four grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Westminster Presbyterian Church, 724 Delaware Ave. Burial will be in Forest Lawn.
