Services for Juanita Morris, a longtime personal care aide, will be at noon Tuesday in Metropolitan United Methodist Church, 657 Best St., after a wake at 11. Burial will be in Forest Lawn.
Mrs. Morris died Wednesday in Buffalo General Hospital after a long illness. She was 66.
Born Juanita Timmons in Buffalo, she attended Buffalo public schools.
Mrs. Morris worked at Buffalo General Hospital as an instrument rooms technician for 10 years, then as a private personal care aide for 20 years, retiring in 1996.
She was a member of the local chapter of the National Women's Political Caucus.
A member of Metropolitan United Methodist Church, she enjoyed crocheting and music.
Mrs. Morris was revered as a mother figure by her many nieces and nephews.
