Couple to travel the Mediterranean

Bethany Nicole Croyle and John Joseph Manning, alumni of Northeastern University, were united in marriage at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church in Osterville, Mass.

The Rev. Philip Davignon and the Rev. Kay E. Woike of Church of the Nativity United Church of Christ, Tonawanda, heard the couple's exchange of nuptial vows.

A reception was given in Wianno Club, Osterville, for the daughter of Robert and Barbara Croyle of East Amherst and the son of William L. and Janet Manning of Walpole, Mass.

A graduate of Williamsville North High School and magna cum laude of Northeastern U, the bride is a commissioned examiner for the Federal Deposit and Insurance Corporation.

A graduate of Xavierian Brothers High School, Westwood, Mass., the bridegroom is logistic coordinator for Unyson Logistics.

After a trip to Italy and a Mediterranean cruise, the couple -- runners who have competed in the Boston Marathon -- will live in South Boston.
