Cheryl Perry, an accountant, died Tuesday in Erie County Medical Center following a short illness. She was 50.
Born Cheryl Cunningham in Buffalo, she graduated from Kensington High School.
An accountant, she worked primarily on preparing income tax returns.
She also was a member of Open Door No. 5 Church of God in Christ, where she was the church secretary.
She enjoyed playing the organ.
Survivors include her husband, Lamont, and two daughters, Deanna and Asia, all of Buffalo; her father, Elder Arthur Cunningham of Williamsville; seven sisters, Ruth Cunningham, Christine Clark, Janet Clark, Irene LaMar and Rowena Fields, all of Buffalo, Karen Woods of Birmingham, Ala., and VeLynka Flunder of Williamsville.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. today in Open Door Church, 1103 E. Perry St. Burial will be in St. Matthew's Cemetery, West Seneca.
