Buffalo man stabbed in assault by two
A Buffalo man was listed in fair condition Wednesday after he was stabbed several times in the abdomen Tuesday afternoon outside a convenience store, police said.
Marcus Richardson, 28, of Dodge Street, was being treated in the Erie County Medical Center.
Homicide Squad Lt. Kenneth Bienko said Richardson was with his girlfriend at a store at Courtland and East Delavan avenues about 4:30 p.m. when he was confronted by two men who stabbed him several times. Richardson was taken to ECMC and underwent emergency surgery.
On July 20, 1996, Richardson was shot in his left leg when three people in a car opened fire at the corner of Glenwood Avenue and Kehr Street.
