DOG LICENSES: Buffalo will issue new dog licenses and license renewals from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday in the parking lot of School 84, 462 Grider St. The licenses will be issued during a rabies clinic. Dog owners renewing licenses must supply a copy of the expired license or bring the renewal form they received by mail.
