A Mass of Christian Burial for Norine R. Violino, who died unexpectedly Friday in her West Seneca home, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Lawrence Church, 1520 East Delevan Ave.
Born Norine Gambin in Buffalo, she graduated from Kensington High School in 1944.
Mrs. Violino was a life-long member of St. Lawrence Church, where she served as past president of the Mother Club, and was a member of the auxiliary and the choir.
She also was a member of the Perseverance Club, Our Lady of Charity, Congrega Society, and St. Ann Sodality. She enjoyed reading, knitting and crocheting.
She was predeceased by her husband, Elio J. Violino, in 2002.
She is survived by two sons, Grant of West Seneca and Peter of Muskegon, Mich.; three sisters, Shirley Violino, Geraldine Mann and Gay Gambin, all of Depew; two grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Cheektowaga.
