A memorial service for Elizabeth S. Biggar of Lancaster, a hospital volunteer, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in First Presbyterian Church, One Symphony Circle.

Mrs. Biggar, 85, a longtime resident of Wanakah, died Wednesday in Greenfield Health and Rehabilitation Center after a long illness.

Born Elizabeth Short in Buffalo, she volunteered for many years at Roswell Park Cancer Institute and Buffalo General Hospital. She also was a member of the Derby Club.

Survivors include her husband, Frank Jr.; a son, F. "Kym" McKay of Englewood, Fla.; a daughter, Cynthia of Sarasota, Fla.; and three grandchildren.
