Three men who pleaded guilty to felony driving while intoxicated have been placed on five years' probation.
Niagara County Judge Peter L. Broderick Sr. also sentenced Kenneth J. Mackey to 60 days in jail and 200 hours of community service plus a $2,500 fine. Mackey, 60, of Wright Avenue, North Tonawanda, was arrested Nov. 2.
Judge Sara Sheldon Sperrazza imposed a $2,500 fine and 250 hours of community service on Richard J. Weisbeck, 55, of Candlewood Drive, Lockport. He was arrested Oct. 29 in the Town of Lockport.
John E. Walton, 40, of 92nd Street, Niagara Falls, drew a $1,500 fine from Sperrazza. He was pulled over Oct. 29 in Wheatfield.
