Dale S. Tarapacki of Kill Buck, a pharmacist, died Monday from injuries received that day in an auto accident in Salamanca. He was 27.
Born in Buffalo, Mr. Tarapacki grew up in Depew before moving to Kill Buck four years ago. He was a graduate of Canisius High School and the Albany School of Pharmacy, and was a member of Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical fraternity, Beta Delta chapter.
Mr. Tarapacki was a licensed pharmacist for Rite Aid from 1997 until March, when he formed his own pharmacy, Native Pharmaceuticals, in Salamanca.
An outdoorsman who liked to hunt, fish and ride his ATV, he also enjoyed bowling and golf.
He is survived by two daughters, Sky Lynn and Anna Claire, both of Little Valley; his mother, Rosanne M. of Scottsdale, Ariz.; his father, David C. of Charlotte, N.C.; a sister, Dayne M., and brother, Derek J., both of Scottsdale; and his grandparents, Chester and Irene Meller of West Seneca and David V. Tarapacki of Cheektowaga.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Barnabas Church, 2049 George Urban Blvd., Depew.
