Carmella M. Webber, a Niagara Falls homemaker, died Saturday in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. She was 85.
Born Carmella Palermo in Niagara Falls, she married Robert J. Webber, who died in 1982.
Mrs. Webber, who attended local schools, was a member of Power City Lodge 158, Italian Sons and Daughters of America. She enjoyed playing cards.
Survivors include three daughters, Barbara Bass of Niagara Falls, and Dorothy Brading and Darlene Ferrerio, both of Largo, Fla.; two sons, Nicholas Hayes of Safety Harbor, Fla., and John Hayes of Niagara Falls; a brother, Salvatore Palermo of Niagara Falls; a sister, Lucy D'Allesandri of Kentucky; 18 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 1413 Pine Ave., with prayers at 10 in M.J. Colucci and Son Funeral Chapel, 468 19th St. Private burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston.
