Sisters Hospital Foundation will have its 10th annual Black and White Ball April 29 in Hyatt Regency Buffalo to benefit the hospital's neonatal and intensive care units.
Scott and Rose Hoffman and Daniel and Shannon Yeager are chairmen of the event, which will start with cocktails at 6 p.m. Ballroom decorations will be all white and women guests at the formal gala are asked to dress either in all white or all black.
Joe Chille of WJYE will be master of ceremonies at the dinner, during which black and white keepsake photographs will be taken and a black and white Harley-Dvidson motorcycle will be raffled.
Cash Cunningham will be auctioneer for items that will feature a weekend in New York City for the 2005 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Dance music will be provided by Atlas. First Niagara Financial Group is event sponsor.
Tickets are $225 each and tables of 10 are $3,250 and $2,250. Reservations are being taken by the foundation office at 862-1990. Tickets for the motorcycle raffle are $100 each and may be purchased from the foundation office. To date, more than $16 million has been raised by the foundation to support the hospital and its affiliates.
