A Niagara Falls man drew a three-year prison term Wednesday for selling cocaine.

In another sentencing Wednesday, Judge Sara Sheldon Sperrazza placed Douglas S. DeFilippo on five years' probation and ordered him to perform 150 hours of community service.

DeFilippo, 41, of Cleveland Place, Lockport, pleaded guilty to a felony count of driving while intoxicated after his Nov. 4 arrest in Lockport.
