A Niagara Falls bank was robbed at gunpoint Wednesday during a busy lunchtime hour, Niagara Regional Police reported.
A masked male armed with a gun entered the Bank of Montreal on Morrison Street at about 1 p.m and ordered all of the customers to the floor before demanding money from two tellers.
The robber, described as being in his early 20s, fled in a stolen vehicle with a quantity of cash, police said. The vehicle was recovered a block away. No injuries were reported.
