Riverside senior D'Mario Caesar hit seven three-pointers, including one in overtime, during a 23-point night as the Gray beat the Black, 124-121, in the third Camp Achieve/Talent Search Basketball Classic Tuesday night in the Buffalo State Sports Arena.

Caesar earned MVP honors, Riverside classmate Mike Williams contributed 24 points and Niagara Falls senior Robert Garrison scored 18 for the Gray. The Black was led by Seneca senior Joe Stinson, who had six three-pointers among his 29 points and earned the sportsmanship award. Niagara Falls senior Paul Harris had 21 while teammate Tyrell Lynch, a junior, scored 18.

In the girls game, senior Cierra Hawkins of Hutch-Tech earned MVP honors as her 14 points led the Gray past the Black, 57-53. McKinley sophomore Shakeena Cunningham (nine points) earned the sportsmanship award.
