EXECUTIVE SESSION SET ON ELIMINATING JOBS

The Employee Position Vacancy Committee of the Cattaraugus County Legislature will meet in executive session at 2:30 p.m. today with County Administrator John Searles and Human Resources Director David Moshier.

The committee will discuss which jobs will be affected by the Legislature's recent decision to eliminate 27 positions, required by the defeat of a sales tax increase that would have brought in almost $1 million.

The meeting will be held in the office of Legislature Chairman Gerard J. "Jess" Fitzpatrick, R-Ellicottville, in the County Center, 303 Court St.
