ERIE, PA., WOMAN ACCUSED OF WAL-MART DISTURBANCE

An Erie, Pa., woman accused of trying to shoplift at the Wal-Mart in Clarence attacked a security guard who stopped her about 7:30 p.m. Friday, Erie County sheriff's deputies said.

Jessica F. Nadolny, 19, attempted to make off with merchandise from the Transit Road store, and hit a security guard who attempted to detain her, deputies said. She was charged with robbery, grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, criminal impersonation, criminal possession of a weapon, harassment and criminal trespass.

Deputies said Nadolny, who was armed with a stun gun, also attempted to use false identification.

Deputies also searched her Lockport motel room and recovered other items believed to be stolen. Nadolny was taken to the Erie County Holding Center, pending arraignment.
