The Male Summit 2005, sponsored by the Niagara Falls Housing Authority, will begin at 7 tonight with a gospel concert at the Doris W. Jones Family Resource Building, 3001 Ninth St.

Saturday, workshops for males ages 12 to adult will be offered from 9 to 11 a.m. on topics ranging from relationships and politics to self-worth.

The theme of this year's conference is "What Manner of Man . . . Decisions and Choices That We Make."

Michael A. Battle, U.S. attorney for the Western District of New York, will give the keynote speech at 11 a.m. in the auditorium of the community center.

All events are free and open to the public.

Registration will begin at 8 a.m., and a continental breakfast and lunch will be served.
