A Cambridge Avenue woman was treated Thursday in Erie County Medical Center after she was raped by two men and struck in the face with a beer bottle, Buffalo police reported.
The incident took place at about 12:30 p.m. The woman told police that she and a family member left the City Limits bar with four men in a vehicle. After traveling to several locations, the woman was taken to a vacant taxi parked at East Ferry and Schuele streets, where she was held against her will and raped.
She suffered severe cuts to her face when she was struck in the forehead and face with a beer bottle, the woman told police. She said the men also stole about $40 from her and repeatedly threatened her life. Police are investigating the report.
