APRIL 29, 1961 -- NOV. 23, 2004

Roger T. Adamczak, formerly of North Main Street, died unexpectedly Tuesday in his Winston-Salem, N.C., home. He was 43.

A Warsaw native, he was a 1979 graduate of Letchworth Central School.

A graphic artist, he worked for SunTex Inc. of Winston-Salem for almost a decade. He was a graphic artist for many years at Champion Products in Perry and was known locally for his portrait work.

Mr. Adamczak had an avid interest in American history, especially the West, and motion picture history, and he enjoyed building models.

He was a member of Clemmons (N.C.) Moravian Church. Locally, he was a member of the Wyoming Valley Rod and Gun Club.

Survivors include his wife of seven years, the former Denise Waynette; a daughter, Stephanie of Winston-Salem; and a brother, Kyle of Gainesville.

Services were held Sunday in Winston-Salem. Burial was in Clemmons Moravian Cemetery.
