The North Tonawanda History Museum, which has administrative offices at 314 Oliver St., is interviewing volunteers for many roles, including: a monthly cleaning person, an on-call maintenance person, office help for reviewing and filing materials, cataloging, and doing research.
Individuals interested in participating as event volunteers are also needed, with a number of projects planned for the coming year.
Also, the museum is seeking help with these projects: owners of antique automobiles who are willing to make them available during the Museum's Historic Treasures Tour of historic sites on July 31 are asked to contact representatives as soon as possible. And owners of old barns in North Tonawanda, or individuals with photos of barns which no longer exist, are asked to call 692-2681.
