A memorial service for Roy R. Frank, of Los Angeles, a Buffalo native, will be arranged at the National Cemetery in Riverside, Calif.
He died unexpectedly Oct. 22 in his Los Angeles home. He was 67.
Born in Buffalo, he attended School 80, Technical High School and the University of Buffalo. He served in the Air National Guard in Niagara Falls.
He worked on the staff of Manpower in Buffalo and was transferred by the company to Los Angeles. Later, he owned and operated Sharp Personnel temporary and full-time employment agencies in Southern California, then retired and worked for several other employment agencies.
He was a member of the Lutheran Church.
Surviving are his former wife, Luanice of Santa Monica, Calif., and two sons, Ron and Greg, both of Santa Monica.
