DOMESTIC DISPUTE LEADS TO MAN'S ARREST IN PIKE

A Wyoming County man faces several charges after a domestic violence dispute in the Village of Pike, according to sheriff's deputies.

Andrew C. Mower, 26, was taken into custody after he broke the phone, interrupting the victim's 911 call for help, deputies said.

Deputies said Mower choked the victim in a Spencer Street residence and held her down while she was holding her 11-month-old child. He was charged with menacing, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment.
