Cingular Wireless named Craig Edgar vice president and general manager of Cingular Wireless -- New York State. Edgar previously was vice president of sales for AT&T Wireless in Connecticut and Upstate New York before the recent merger of Cingular and AT&T Wireless. Edgar will be based in the company's regional headquarters in Buffalo.

St. Joseph Hospital Urology Department chairman Dr. Datta G. Wagle was elected to the National Board of American Urological Association.
