Catholic Health System named Mark A. Sullivan president of Home Care Services. Sullivan has served as interim chief executive officer for Home Care since 2003, with responsibility for the business operations at McAuley Seton Home Care, Mercy Home Care and Sisters Long Term Care. In addition, he has served as director of restructuring and operations, and played a key role in the formation of the system's Home Care Division.

First Niagara named Penny J. Morgante banking officer, relationship banking manager at the Walker Center location in Williamsville. A University at Buffalo graduate, Morgante previously was with the Citigroup Private Bank.

Gelia Wells and Mohr, a marketing communications agency headquartered in Western New York named Scott Cappuzzo media account coordinator and Sandra Pomichter online media specialist. A graduate from the University at Geneseo, Cappuzzo previously was a Cisco service contract specialist for Ingram Micro. Pomichter, most recently, was a marketing analyst for Bush Industries and is currently an adjunct professor at Bryant and Stratton. Also, the agency named Andrea Eddy public relations assistant. A communications graduate from the University at Buffalo, Eddy is a member of the Public Relations Society of America.
