GOVERNMENT TO PROVIDE AID FOR STORM DAMAGE

The Federal Emergency Management Agency will be sending assistance to Chautauqua County to help deal with the aftermath of a series of storms that hit the county in August and September.

Sen. Charles E. Schumer, D-N.Y., said residents, business and governments could receive reimbursement for debris removal, emergency response efforts, restoration of public infrastructure, as well as general assistance to those impacted by the storms.
