Cecelia "Sis" Fultz, a former sales clerk at Thriftway and W.T. Grant stores for many years, died Wednesday in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center after a long illness. She was 73.
Born Cecelia Gregus in Niagara Falls, she moved as a child with her family to Clearfield, Pa., where she was raised. She was a graduate of St. Francis High School.
Mrs. Fultz returned to Niagara Falls many years ago and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
She enjoyed sports, doing crafts and bowling in leagues at both Beverly and Thunderbowl lanes.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Edward L.; two sons, Gary L. of Las Vegas and David S. of Niagara Falls; a sister, Barbara Carney of Clearfield; and two grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Monday in Sacred Heart Church, 11th Street and South Avenue, after prayers at 9 in Rhoney Funeral Home, 1124 Ontario Ave. Burial will be in Holy Angles Mausoleum at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston.
