Good Citizens Awards essay winners of Abigail Fillmore Chapter of National Society, Daughters of the American Revolution, will be presented at a ceremony at noon Saturday in the Chapel on North Forest Road. Linda McGuinnessis awards chairwoman. Hostesses will be Sue H. Blazak and Mary E. O'Shei.

Activities of Buffalo Branch of American Association of University Women include a meeting of the Bridge Biddies at 7:30 p.m. today in the home of Margaret Haas in Snyder. Fran Witnauer will review "The Constant Gardener" by John LaCarre for Dinner by the Book at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in Original Pancake House, Amherst. The Knitting Group will meet at 7 p.m. Nov. 22 in the clubhouse at 4100 Stonegate Lane, Williamsville, to work on an afghan for donation to Haven House. This year's 50th anniversary book sale raised over $60,000 for scholarships.

Sandy Beach Yacht Club Women's Organization will elect officers at 7 p.m. today in the clubhouse.

Featherweight Inc. will sponsor its first Heather Begeny Memorial Fashion Show at 7 p.m. Friday in Sphere Entertainment Complex, 681 Main St. Proceeds will be used to raise community awareness of eating disorders and for in-patient care of a person with an eating disorder. The organization was founded last year by Debbie Begeny after her daughter Heather died from complications of anorexia and bulimia.

Altar and Rosary Society of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 6895 Boston Cross Road, Boston, will sponsor a silent auction and lasagna luncheon at noon Saturday in the church. Doors will open at 10:30 a.m. The luncheon is $5 per person.

Ladies Aid of Chaffee Community Baptist Church will sponsor a Harvest Dinner at 5 p.m. Saturday in the church. Takeout orders will be available at 4:30.

Buffalo After 5 Club of Christian Business & Professional Women will have a dinner at 6:30 p.m. Monday in Holiday Inn, Amherst. Jan Learned of Hodgepodge will give holiday gift ideas and Jane Ebert will be soloist. Ann Sudduth of Watertown will be the speaker. Reservations are being taken at 632-6143. Sudduth also will speak at a luncheon for Christian Women's Club of Buffalo at 11:30 Wednesday in Fanny's restaurant. Denise Reichard, historical dramatist, will give a program on Elizabeth Cady Stanton. Reservations and child care information are being taken at 759-1127. The luncheon cost is $15.

Beulah Chapter 176, Order of the Eastern Star, will have a draping of the altar ceremony at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in Zion Masonic Temple, Orchard Park.
