I feel, like so many thinking people all over the world, devastated by the re-election of President Bush. A Nov. 9 News headline read, "Moral values drew voters to Bush." More than 100,000 Iraqis have been killed, along with 1,100 U.S. soldiers, and counting. Six to 10 times those numbers have been seriously wounded. Morality? Duh! Have the moral-values people gone mad? Johann Goethe said it well: "There is nothing more tragic than ignorance in action."
