Mia Hamm scored a goal with 20 seconds left, lifting the U.S. women's soccer team to a 1-1 tie against Denmark in an international soccer friendly Wednesday night in East Rutherford, N.J.

The 158th goal of Hamm's international career came after Denmark defender Gitte Andersen failed to clear a ball in the Denmark zone. Abby Wambach collected the ball and passed it to Hamm, who fired a shot from 18 yards.

Hamm's heroics enabled the United States to maintain its 21-game unbeaten streak, dating to March 18 when the team dropped a 3-1 decision to Sweden in the Algarve Cup in Lagos, Portugal.

The match is part of Team USA's "Fan Celebration Tour," commemorating the end of the careers of longtime U.S. stars Hamm, Julie Foudy and Joy Fawcett.
