FOUR HELD IN INVASION OF HOME IN HOLLAND
Four Southern Tier residents face multiple felony charges in connection with an armed robbery and home invasion in Holland in August, Erie County sheriff's deputies reported Monday.
Nathala Cummins, 20, of Bolivar; Dennis Dellapenta, 30, of Delevan; Ru Peterson, 29, of Delevan; and Jamie Vaccaro, 26, of Delevan, were all charged with robbery, burglary and grand larceny following a two-month sheriff's investigation.
Sheriff's Detective Kevin Mahoney and Deputy Jason Weiss said three of the four suspects entered the Knox Drive home at about 10 p.m. Aug. 14 by kicking in the front door. Once inside, one of the people pulled out a handgun and demanded money.
The fourth remained in a car outside the house, police said.
All four were arraigned and taken to the Erie County Holding Center.
