Police arrested three people on various felony charges Friday, including a Ferry Avenue man indicted by a county grand jury.

Clifford T. Jackson, 24, was taken into custody about 10 a.m. He faces an indictment alleging destruction of physical evidence, as well as first-degree hindering prosecution. Details were unavailable.

Detective Patricia McCune reported she arrested Matthew A. Schaffer, 18, on a charge of second-degree rape. The 72nd Street resident is accused of raping a victim less than 15 years of age.

A domestic incident led to the Friday arrest of Niagara Falls Boulevard resident Matthew M. Klebaur, 31. He is charged with third-degree criminal mischief.
