FEDERAL WORKERS GET FLU SHOTS WHILE VETERANS GO WITHOUT

While members of Congress and its employees can receive flu shots free of charge, regardless of age or state of health, my 78-year-old husband, a veteran of the Pacific Theater in World War II and suffering from heart problems, was denied a flu shot at Veterans Hospital because he made more than $34,000 a year.

This is ludicrous. One can only shudder to think what a government-run health system would be like.
