Previously, he served as executive vice president and managing director, operations and logistics at Imperial Sugar Co., and senior vice president, worldwide product supply at Gerber Products Co./Novartis.

Praxair Inc., an industrial gases company, named Susan Stevenson director of engineering and construction of standard plant product lines in the Operations Excellence and Supply Systems Group at the Technology Center in Tonawanda. With the company since 1993, Stevenson most recently served as the applications business development manager for the company's electronics organization.

Cooper Compression, a Buffalo centrifugal air compression equipment provider of products and services for manufacturing and process air, named John Domres, strategic sourcing specialist, Procurement and Gary Baron, engineer II, Engineering.

The Waters of Houghton, a long term care facility, appointed Gary Norsen administrator. A Canisius College graduate, Norsen previously was the administrator of the Waters of Salamanca.

Ethox Corp., a Buffalo manufacturer of disposable medical products and provider of sterilization and laboratory services, appointed John C. Mulvihill vice president, sales and marketing for its Branded Medical Products. Previously, director of marketing for CONMED Corp. in Utica, Mulvihill brings more than 20 years of global sales/marketing of medical products experience to the company.

The Erie County Agricultural Society, sponsor of the Erie County Fair, appointed William Hopkins, John Leamer and Thomas Warring to its board of directors.
