Theodore Bojinoff, an award-winning photographer and retired draftsman and engineer, died Oct. 13 in Father Baker Manor, Orchard Park, after a short illness. He was 73.
A native of Macedonia, he moved to Lackawanna at age 8 with his parents. He graduated from Lackawanna High School and Buffalo State Teachers College.
He served in the Army in the early 1950s, doing a tour of duty in Austria.
Mr. Bojinoff worked as a draftsman and engineer in Erie County Water Authority's service center in Cheektowaga for 46 years, retiring in 1991.
An award-winning photographer, he had works exhibited in Albright-Knox Art Gallery and Art Dialogue Gallery. He also taught photography in Hamburg High School, and sold many of his photographs.
Survivors include his wife, the former Jovana Miladinov, a daughter, Joanne, and a son, Boris T., all of Orchard Park.
Services and burial will be private.
