Allegany County Judge James E. Euken on Wednesday sentenced a youthful offender from Bolivar to 163 days in the Allegany County Jail in Belmont.
District Attorney Terrence M. Parker said the 18-year-old pleaded guilty Aug. 31 to fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and sexual misconduct, a misdemeanor.
The plea satisfied an indictment that also charged him with incest, a felony, and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child, said Parker.
The defendant admitted having sex with a female relative younger than 17 in Bolivar and stealing a car in an attempt to flee the area May 16, said Parker.
He had been indicted on all four charges July 21, Parker said.
Parker said Euken sentenced him to 163 days on each charge but made the terms concurrent and put him on six years of probation.
