City Judge Robert M. Restaino imprisoned one man and placed three others on probation in felony cases this week.

Grady K. Cook Jr., 20, of Fifth Street, will serve 1 1/3 to four years for attempted third-degree burglary. He broke into Mario's, a market at 2304 Pine Ave., Jan. 6.

Richard B. Bietz, 22, of Fox Avenue, Town of Niagara, was placed on temporary probation pending further action. He pleaded guilty to attempted fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance for having 0.14 ounces of cocaine in the city Oct. 19, 2003.

Rodney J. Ingham, 39, of Niagara Falls, Ont., was placed on five years' probation and ordered to perform 200 hours of community service for third- degree marijuana possession. He brought almost three pounds of the drug into the city Dec. 3.

Douglas P. Coleman, 45, of Niagara Street, Sanborn, will be on probation for five years, provide 100 hours of community service and pay a $1,000 fine for felony drunken driving. He was arrested March 8.
