Hires/Promotions/Honors
The accounting firm of Freed Maxick and Battaglia named Michael Callahan, Jonathan Gentile and Eric Jefferson staff accountants in the Audit and Accounting area in the Buffalo office. Callahan is a graduate from St. Bonaventure University; Gentile graduated from the University at Geneseo and Jefferson is a graduate from the University at Buffalo.

Constellation New Energy, a Baltimore-based commercial and industrial electricity, natural gas and energy-related service provider, named Mike Farrel new business development manager. Based in Buffalo, Farrell will develop cost-efficient and flexible energy solutions for medium to large business across the upstate region.

Amherst Alarm, an electronic systems sales, installation, service and monitoring provider located in Amherst, named Bob Adamek commercial security system consultant. Most recently, Adamek was with Protection One.

The Olean accounting firm of Buffamante Whipple Buttafaro named Rebecca Stork a staff accountant. Stork is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University.

Volland Electric Equipment Corp., a rotating electrical apparatus repair and distribution company, appointed Tom Costanza crane and hoist sales engineer. Costanza previously was with Progressive Crane and Aurora Systems.
