State troopers arrested a woman on a charge of felony driving while intoxicated Thursday afternoon.
State Trooper William Fish said the woman combined liquor with several prescription drug medications. The arrest was for felony driving while intoxicated because she was also arrested in 1995 for DWI in Lockport, said Fish.
He arrested Rodella Watterson, 40, of Ohio Street, Lockport, after stopping her for speeding on South Transit Road.
Watterson was also charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs because she was drinking while taking several prescription medicines, said Fish.
He released her on her own recognizance and is scheduled to return to Town Court on Nov. 10, said Fish.
