A Mass of Christian Burial for Grace F. Panepento was offered today in St. Edmund's Catholic Church, Town of Tonawanda.
Prayers were said in Amigone Funeral Home, Town of Tonawanda. Entombment was in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Town of Tonawanda.
Mrs. Panepento died unexpectedly Oct. 21 in El Dorado Hospital, Tucson, Ariz. She was 90.
Born Grace Madonia in Oakfield, she graduated in the top 10 percent of her class at Oakfield High School and attended the Eleanor School of Beauty in Buffalo. A resident of Tucson since 1953, she was a hairdresser and was office coordinator for a plumbing and heating company, retiring in 1984.
Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Philip B.; a son, Philip C. of Lake Moella, Ore.; two daughters, Rozanne C. Hausen of Bloomfield, Conn., and Louanne M. of Tucson; three sisters, Sara Alexander of Las Vegas and Rosie Heinz and Mary Gloyd, both of Buffalo; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
