BUFFALO MAN INDICTED IN DRUNKEN DRIVING CASE

A Steuben County grand jury indicted a Buffalo man Wednesday on four charges.

District Attorney John C. Tunney said the grand jury charged Robert C. Marshall, 40, of North Street, with two felony counts of first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and two misdemeanor charges of driving while intoxicated.

Tunney said Marshall was charged with drunken driving May 18 in Steuben County, while his license was suspended because of an impaired driving conviction in 2002 in Elmira.
