One of Chautauqua County's most wanted fugitives was arrested over the weekend in a bar in Sunset Bay, according to deputies.
John H. Lemke, 31, of Allegany Road in Sunset Bay, was found in the bar after deputies received an anonymous tip, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Department. He had been sought in the Town of Hanover for disorderly conduct and in Chautauqua County Court for driving while intoxicated. His name was then removed from the "most wanted" list.
Deputies said they also arrested Robin E. Chesbro for allegedly interfering in the arrest by yelling for Lemke to run when deputies approached. Chesbro was charged with obstructing governmental administration.
