Parent Network of Western New York offers an informational meeting, "Developing a Meaningful Individualized Education Plan," from 10 a.m to noon Tuesday in the Parent Network office, 1000 Main St. Learn what information to share about your child and how to work with your school system to develop a special education plan. Niagara Cerebral Palsy offers services for individuals with disabilities:

* A dental clinic for developmentally disabled individuals in Niagara County. Dental services are provided by Dr. Mario Violante III, DDS, every Wednesday 5290 Military Road, Lewiston. Appointments are necessary. For information, call 297-1478, Ext. 154.

* A recreation program available after school on weekdays for developmentally disabled children ages three to 10 and adolescents ages 10 to 13 in Niagara County. For more information about hours of operation and community locations, call 284-6441.

* Families can receive up to 10 hours of respite services per month in their home, at no charge, for assistance with personal hygiene, feeding, dressing, housekeeping tasks and other supportive activities. For more information, call 297-0789, Ext. 134.
