Cindy Bishop won the Head of the Charles singles race amid brisk wind on a shortened course Saturday.
Bishop, of the Cambridge-based Riverside Boat Club, covered the 2.5 miles in 14 minutes, 57.572 seconds. She beat Jana Heere by just under 4 seconds on a course trimmed a half-mile because of high northeast winds.
Juri Jaansen, the 2004 Olympic silver medalist from Estonia, won the men's singles race in 13:45.415.
Layne Salter and Marika Page of Riverside won the women's doubles in 14:18.092. Nathan and Matthew Swick, of Ridley Graduate Boat Club in Saint Catharines, Ontario, won the men's doubles in 12:45.099.
