MOTEL PROBLEM LEADS TO DRUG ARRESTS OF 3 MEN

Failure to check out of a Batavia motel on time and the use of false identities led to Tuesday's arrest on drug charges of three men, Genesee County sheriff's deputies said.

Terrence A. Bigelow, 40, of Attica, faces felony drug charges after deputies responded to a call by staff at the Comfort Inn. Police said they found 34 bags of heroin, quantities of cocaine and marijuana and $3,000 in cash.

Bigelow was jailed in lieu of $3,500 bail.

Stephen W. Thompson, 27, of Attica, and Zuri A. Rozzell, 24, of Rochester, were issued appearance tickets on lesser charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
