A Springville man indicted on felony and misdemeanor sex charges pleaded not guilty Tuesday before Cattaraugus County Judge Larry M. Himelein.
Donald R. King, 62, entered the plea to a felony charge of first-degree sexual conduct against a child and misdemeanor child endangerment. He was being held in the county jail.
Cattaraugus County District Attorney Edward M. Sharkey said King was accused of sexual misconduct with a child between April 2000 and April 2001 in his former East Otto home.
If convicted of the felony, King faces a possible prison term of up to 25 years, court officials said.
