Laura Hill, coordinator of Volunteer and Service-Learning Center in Buffalo State College, and Steven Rao, a science teacher in Elmwood Franklin School, were married at 4:30 p.m. Saturday in O'Brien's Sleepy Hollow Restaurant and Outing Grove, preceding a reception. The Rev. R. Cameron Miller of Trinity Episcopal Church heard their vows. The bride is the daughter of John and Barbara Hill of Snyder. Parents of the bridegroom are Annette Rao of Saginaw, Mich., and Dr. Minoo and Kandra Rao of Linwood, Mich. The bride is a graduate of University at Buffalo and the bridegroom is a graduate of Kalamazoo College. They have master's degrees in environmental education from Audubon Expediation Institute of Lesley University, Cambridge, Mass. After a trip to Brazil, they will live in Buffalo.
