JEANNE M. KALETA, LONGTIME SECRETARY

Jeanne M. Kaleta, 72, a longtime secretary, died Wednesday (May 28, 2003) in Mount St. Mary's Hospital, Lewiston, after a long illness.

She was born Jeanne Stewart in Oil City, Pa., where she went to school. She moved to Niagara Falls in the mid-1940s.

Mrs. Kaleta worked as a secretary at Moore Business Forms, Niagara University and the Niagara Community Action Program. She retired in the early 1980s.

She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Survivors include a son, Richard of Niagara Falls, and two brothers, Robert J. Stack of Fort Worth, Texas, and James E. Stack of Ransomville.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Monday in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 1112 South Ave., following prayers at 9 in Rhoney Funeral Home, 1124 Ontario Ave. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston.
